Who Are We?
Planning Permission Experts are a team of chartered town planners who can make elusive development concepts a reality. Our planners have previously worked within central and local government planning departments, meaning that we have expert knowledge of the planning system. Furthermore, we have productive and constructive working relationships with planners across all Council areas that consistently results in expedient planning approvals. From small residential countryside developments to high-rise city centre office buildings, Planning Permission Experts will ensure that your development aspirations become a reality. At PPE, we operate an ethical policy of not taking on development projects which we believe are unrealistic or that will result in a refusal.
